Tergooi MC hospitaal Hilversum

The Garden is a sculptural installation in the main corridor of the new Tergooi MC, created through a special collaboration with residents of Hilversum. Artists Dewi Vingerling and Edo Verhoeff collected drawings and personal stories about memories, with one theme recurring throughout: the feeling of home.

Inspired by these stories, the artists created soft, textile sculptures that evoke warmth and familiarity. The work invites visitors to pause and reflect, offering a moment of comfort and calm within the hospital environment.
